Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Management
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred; Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may be considered.
1. Job Objective The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing qualified leads, meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals, conducting follow-ups, and converting opportunities into revenue for Yaway Technologies.
The role is strongly target-oriented and performance-driven. The employee is expected to actively generate business rather than depend only on leads provided by the company.

- Mobile Application Development

- IT Infrastructure Services
- IT Support & Maintenance
3. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Generate new B2B leads every working day through:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn
- Email campaigns
- WhatsApp/business networking
- Online research
- Business directories
- Referrals
- Industry events and networking
- Existing client references
- Identify business owners, founders, directors, IT heads, HR heads, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Build and continuously update a prospect database.
Client Acquisition
- Contact prospective clients and introduce Yaway Technologies.
- Understand the client's business and technology requirements.
- Identify opportunities for software, web, mobile, AI, IT infrastructure, and other services.
- Schedule client meetings and online demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in coordination with the management/technical team.
- Negotiate commercially within approved company guidelines.
- Follow up consistently until the opportunity is closed or formally rejected.
Relationship Management
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the project/technical team after order confirmation for smooth handover.

5. Daily Activity Expectations The employee is expected to maintain a disciplined daily sales routine:
Morning
- Review pending leads and follow-ups.
- Identify new prospects.
- Plan the day's calls and meetings.
During the Day
- Conduct outbound calls.
- Send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Speak with decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings.
- Understand requirements.
- Coordinate quotations/proposals.
End of Day
- Update CRM/lead tracker.
- Record every meaningful interaction.
- Update follow-up dates.
- Submit daily activity report to the reporting manager.
6. CRM & Reporting – Mandatory Every lead must be properly recorded and updated.
The employee must maintain
- Company name
- Contact person
- Designation
- Contact details
- Business requirement
- Lead source
- Estimated project value
- Current status
- Last communication
- Next follow-up date
- Proposal status
- Closing probability/status
No lead or client interaction should remain undocumented. 7. Performance Monitoring
Performance will be reviewed based on both activity and business results.
Management may evaluate
- Lead-generation performance
- Quality of leads
- Number of meetings
- Proposal generation
- Follow-up discipline
- Conversion rate
- New-client acquisition
- Revenue generated
- CRM discipline
- Professional conduct and client communication
Simply making calls without generating qualified opportunities will not be considered sufficient performance. 8. Probation & Performance Review
During the probation period, performance will be reviewed regularly.
The employee is expected to demonstrate:
- Consistent lead generation
- Professional client communication
- Ability to generate qualified opportunities
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to convert opportunities into business
- Achievement of assigned targets
Where performance consistently falls below assigned expectations,
the company may initiate a performance review and take appropriate action in accordance with company policy and applicable employment terms. 9. Required Skills

11. Incentive Structure Employees who achieve or exceed assigned targets may be eligible for performance-based incentives, subject to the company's approved incentive policy.
Higher performance may be recognized through additional incentives based on:

- Collection realization
- Repeat business
12. Professional Expectations The employee must:
- Represent Yaway Technologies professionally.
- Provide accurate information to clients.
- Never make unauthorized commitments regarding pricing, timelines, technology, or project scope.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Follow the company's sales process and reporting procedures.
- Maintain professional conduct with clients and colleagues.
- Avoid misrepresentation or false commitments for the purpose of achieving targets.
13. Success in This Role Success in this position will be measured by the ability to consistently move prospects through the complete business-development cycle:
Prospecting → Lead Generation → Qualification → Meeting → Requirement Analysis → Proposal → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure → Client Relationship → Repeat Business
14. Management Statement
