- Define team responsibilities and targets

- Drive marketing, client engagement and business development activities

- Coordinate demos, evaluations and client meetings

3.

Assistant

Managers / Marketing Executives – 4–5 per Senior

- Support senior representatives in marketing operations

- Assist with reporting, client servicing and business development

- Support product demonstrations and evaluations

4. Demo & Evaluation Personnel – 4–6 Positions

- Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations

- Support marketing teams and senior representatives





- Assist in business development activities across commands

- Coordinate with clients/stakeholders during demonstrations

5.

Junior

Officers – 1 per Command

- Support command-level marketing activities

- Coordinate demonstrations, client meetings and follow-ups

- Provide continuous support for marketing and related operations

6. Demo Team – 3 Teams | 2 Members per Team

- Conduct and support product demonstrations

- Work under assigned senior leadership

- Support marketing teams and other business verticals including UAV, ammunition, exhibitions and related domains

- Assist with field demonstrations and client engagements

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
