About the Role

Real Property is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing corporate real estate team. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication, interested in business development, and looking to build a career in the real estate industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and developing strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their real estate requirements.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand market trends, client requirements, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and business activities.




- Prepare and share proposals and relevant information with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and business partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach towards clients.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
