BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

MS Enterprises is a 40+ year old industrial solutions company dealing in Hydraulics, Filtration, Hoses & Fittings, Pneumatics, Instrumentation and Industrial/Earthmoving Spares, serving customers across Steel, Cement, Power, Mining, Infrastructure and OEMs.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new customer development and expand our industrial business in Chhattisgarh and Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new industrial customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Engineering and senior management teams.
- Conduct regular customer and plant visits.
- Understand customer applications and identify product opportunities.
- Generate and develop enquiries through to business closure.
- Develop long-term relationships with key industrial accounts.
- Identify new projects, applications and market opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of relevant industrial/technical sales experience.
- Experience in hydraulics, filtration, hoses & fittings, pneumatics, engineering products, heavy equipment or related industrial products preferred.




- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable interacting with Plant Heads, Purchase Heads, senior management and business owners.
- Commercially driven, technically inclined and willing to travel.
- Should be proactive, confident and capable of working independently.

Location & Reporting The position will be based in Raipur, Ahmedabad or elsewhere in Gujarat, depending on the candidate and business requirements.

MS Enterprises Head Office is located in Nagpur.

The selected candidate will be required to spend an initial period at the Nagpur Head Office for product training, understanding our systems and processes, and discussions with the management team before taking up the assigned territory.

The candidate will continue to report to the Nagpur Head Office and coordinate regularly with the management and internal sales team.
