Glowing Digital is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. We are open to hiring freshers who have excellent English communication skills and are confident in communicating with international clients.

The ideal candidate should have a professional attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of Business Development and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with domestic and international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth client communication.
- Prepare and share basic proposals, quotations, and business-related information.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




- Support the team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Requirements

- Comfortable communicating with foreign/international clients.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
