Hiring for Business Development Executive.

Brainosys IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (#BDE) who has hands-on experience in generating and converting international business through platforms such as #Upwork and #Freelancer and who can bring genuine #business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling SEO Projects and international clients, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
- Identify and bid on relevant SEO, Digital Marketing.
- Create customized and professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with international clients through chat, email, calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Handle client queries, requirements, negotiations, and project discussions professionally.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project onboarding.
- Track leads, proposals, conversions, and business development activities.
- Meet monthly lead generation, proposal, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in #BusinessDevelopment / Online #Bidding.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer is required.
- Experience in acquiring #SEO #projects and dealing with SEO clients.
- Strong understanding of #SEOservices and the ability to understand client requirements.
- Excellent English communication and written communication skills.
- Robust #client handling, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with #international clients is highly preferred.
- Ability to prepare customized #proposals and deliver convincing business pitches.
- Proactive, confident, and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and SEO teams.
