Urban Roof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive – B2C who is confident, motivated and interested in building a career in sales and business development.
We are open to hiring freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience. More than the number of years worked, we are looking for someone who has a basic understanding of sales, communicates well and is genuinely interested in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Urban Roof's products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages and other channels.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries and support them through the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telecalling or customer-facing roles can apply.
- Extensive experience is not required. We are more interested in candidates who are suitable for the role and have the right attitude toward sales.
