Role Description This is a full time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. As a Business Development Executive and Associate Producer, the role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting pitches and proposals for video and content projects. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and networking, preparing presentations, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, and assisting in budgeting and scheduling for shoots and campaigns.

The role also includes contributing to project planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and the production team.



The position is suited to someone who can combine commercial acumen with an understanding of film and content production workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales presentation abilities.
- Experience in media, advertising, or production environments, with familiarity in video production, content creation, or corporate films.
- Project coordination or associate producer experience, including scheduling, budgeting support, vendor liaison, and on-set or pre-production assistance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, production, and marketing teams.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, such as CRM software, project management tools, and basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Film, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience working with clients in Mumbai or the broader media and entertainment ecosystem is an advantage.
