- About the Role
- We are hiring confident, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executives for our client, a growing Health & Wellness organization in Zirakpur.

- The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate product recommendations, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven setting.

- Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Explain product features, benefits, usage, pricing, and offers effectively.

- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful orders.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

- Build positive and long-term customer relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions,



and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives.

- Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, BDE, or Business Development.

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Excellent convincing and objection-handling abilities.

- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Healthcare, Wellness, Nutrition, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
