We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop client relationships, and contribute to overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Understand the business requirements and challenges of prospective clients.
- Present the company's services and solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and business discussions.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.




- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related role.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
