We are looking for Business Development Associates | Field & Client Acquisition who are comfortable getting into the market, meeting business owners, discovering opportunities, and building relationships from the ground up.

This is a field focused business development role.

What you will do

- Identify and map businesses within assigned territories
- Visit businesses and connect with owners and decision makers
- Understand their business, operational, and technology requirements
- Introduce relevant Zaldern solutions




- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Schedule qualified discussions with the appropriate Zaldern team
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities forward

Who we are looking for

- Confident communication with business owners
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
- Persistent and qualified approach
- Strong relationship building skills
- Curious about how businesses operate
- Target oriented and self driven
- Comfortable working independently
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Experience in field sales, business development, merchant acquisition, banking, telecom, SaaS, or B2B sales is an advantage
