Wahy Lab Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The role mainly involves connecting with prospective candidates, introducing suitable services, following up and converting leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
- Convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Handle basic queries and coordinate with the team.
- Achieve assigned conversion targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.




- Freshers or experienced with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or business development is an advantage.
