Makers’ Muse is looking for a Business Development Associate – B2B Institutional Sales to drive business growth through school partnerships and institutional sales.

The role will involve identifying recent business opportunities, connecting with schools and educational institutions, building relationships with key decision-makers, presenting Makers’ Muse programs, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach are welcome to apply

Key Responsibility

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities with schools and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, school management, educators, and other institutional decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Understand institutional requirements and present suitable Makers’ Muse programs and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and program demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing institutional clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with schools and institutional partners.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales and partnership targets. Travel for school meetings, presentations, events, and other business development activities as required.
