- Identify and develop new B2B customers within the assigned territory.

- Conduct daily field visits to prospective and existing customers.

- Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, references, networking, and other channels.

- Meet business owners, purchase managers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Give product/service presentations and explain commercial proposals.

- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain a database of prospects, customer interactions, meetings, quotations, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, delivery, and customer support.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

- Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, meetings, and sales pipeline.





- Travel within the assigned territory as required for customer meetings and business development.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales & Marketing qualification is an advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales/business development preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with daily field work and meeting customers in person.

- Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to communicate with business owners and senior decision-makers.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Good knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹11,600.72 - ₹40,981.47 per month
