Job Description Position: Client Services Executive Salary: Up to 5 lakhs Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Social Media Operations & Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of client accounts, internal team workflows and social media deliverables. The role requires strong operational discipline, effective client communication and the ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously. The individual will play a key role in ensuring that work progresses efficiently,
client requirements are addressed promptly and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule and monitor daily and weekly workflows across multiple client accounts. Track internal tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to agreed schedules. Manage the end-to-end coordination of social media deliverables, including content readiness, client approvals, revisions, scheduling and publishing. Liaise with clients to obtain required information, feedback, approvals and other inputs necessary for execution.
