Key Responsibilities

- Understand candidates' career goals, recommend suitable training programs and explain course features, fees, advantages, and career opportunities
- Contact prospective leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email and follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrolments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions
- Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent customer service
