Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, video calls & emails
- Understand learners’ career goals and requirements
- Counsel students and recommend suitable programs
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to conversion
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads
- Maintain customer records in CRM
- Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

✔Graduate in any discipline
✔ Freshers with internship experience can apply
✔ Experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Counselling / BDA / Business Development is preferred
✔ Strong verbal & written communication
✔Valuable persuasion and customer-handling skills
✔Target-oriented and positive attitude
✔ Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage
