Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Business Development Associates to support institutional outreach and student acquisition activities. The role involves building relationships with colleges, conducting demos, participating in educational events, and supporting lead follow-up and conversion activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges and educational institutions and build relationships with Principals, Management, HODs, TPOs and faculty members.
- Convince college management to schedule presentations, workshops, seminars and product or program demos.
- Conduct professional demos and presentations for students and institutional representatives.
- Attend and represent the company at educational fairs, expos, college events and promotional activities.
- Follow up with colleges and prospective students to support lead conversion and business development outcomes.




- Handle telecalling occasionally for lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling and student or institution communication.
- Conduct home visits when required as part of student counselling, admission follow-up or conversion activities.
- Maintain accurate records of college visits, leads, follow-ups, demos and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, academic and operations teams and work towards assigned outreach and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to interact professionally with college management, faculty, students and parents.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups and reporting.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, institutional sales, admissions, business development or college outreach is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also be considered based on suitability.
