Role Description The Business Development Associate will work in a full time, remote capacity to expand Delhi Casting Agency’s client base and strengthen relationships with production houses, studios, and media companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and generating leads through outreach and networking.





The role involves preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate the agency’s services and value proposition, as well as supporting contract discussions and follow-ups. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with talent sourcing strategies and maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and pipeline activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering professional Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in media, entertainment, or a related sector.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
