We are building a strong healthcare recruitment business in Germany, helping hospitals and healthcare providers address their talent requirements through qualified international healthcare professionals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate – Germany to build and manage relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and other healthcare providers across Germany.
The primary responsibility will be to identify healthcare employers, understand their hiring requirements, onboard them as partners and develop long-term relationships with their HR and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and healthcare providers with ongoing staffing requirements.
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Nursing Management and Hiring Managers .
- Understand client manpower requirements, job profiles, qualifications, language requirements and hiring timelines.
- Present Next Nation's international healthcare recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Onboard hospitals and healthcare providers as hiring partners.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and job order acquisition .
- Coordinate closely with the recruitment team in India to ensure candidate pipelines match employer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Develop a strong pipeline of healthcare employers across Germany.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings to expand the employer network.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and pipeline reports.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B business development, recruitment sales, staffing or healthcare recruitment in Germany.
- Solid understanding of the German healthcare market and hiring ecosystem.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting meetings and negotiations with German employers.
- Strong networking, relationship-building and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany for client meetings.
- Experience working with hospitals or healthcare providers will be an advantage.
