As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in various locations of India, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the retail real estate market. You will work closely with the Director and assist him in preliminary property and market analysis.

Visiting the respective properties and proposing it to the prospective clients.
Making PowerPoint Presentations.
Travelling is a must all over India.
Market Analysis.
Cold calling to prospective clients.
