We are looking for a results-driven Business Analytics professional with 4+ years of experience to transform data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze business performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
- Perform data validation, data quality checks, and root cause analysis
- Support strategic planning by providing forecasting and performance metrics
- Document business requirements, KPIs,
and analytical methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics / Business Analysis in an IT or technology-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
