- Interact directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Review legacy applications and develop functional specifications for them to prepare them for re platforming
- Translate business needs into explicit Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Collaborate closely with the development and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood and correctly implemented.
- Prepare, review, and validate test cases to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and communicate feedback and updates to clients.
- Prepare and maintain detailed functional and process documentation throughout the project lifecycle.




- Provide regular project status updates and act as the primary liaison between users and the internal technical team.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software application development projects.
- Proactive and self-driven person who can work independently drive the work as per the timeline and escalate when progress is stalled
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation standards.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to create BRD, FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Test Cases while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business alignment.
- Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
