Job Title: Business Analyst AI/ML & Data-Driven Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven business initiatives and operational activities. The role requires understanding business information, analysing data, generating reports, identifying trends and insights, and supporting decision-making through meaningful analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working with large volumes of information, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

The candidate should also be able to leverage AI-powered tools and prompting techniques to enhance analysis, productivity, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business data and information to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Prepare, maintain, and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct productivity, efficiency, and performance analysis to support business objectives.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting outputs.
- Review and interpret information from multiple sources and summarize findings effectively.
- Support business teams in gathering, documenting, and clarifying requirements.
- Create process documentation, business summaries, and analysis reports as needed.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide suggestions for improving systems, workflows, and user experience.
- Utilize AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and productivity.
- Develop and refine prompts to improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery of business requirements and initiatives.
- Assist in investigating issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:





- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting, Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
- Good understanding of reporting, metrics, and performance analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data, content, and business information from various sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- Exposure to process improvement, workflow analysis, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience working in data-intensive and reporting-driven environments.
