- Requirements: 3+ Years
- Skills Required - Positive communication and presentation skills, understanding of IT/software solutions, requirement-gathering skills, basic technical knowledge, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with BRD, FRD, CRM, and MS Office.
- Responsibilities: Gather and analyze client requirements, prepare BRD and FRD, coordinate with technical teams, prepare proposals and presentations, conduct product demos, handle client queries, and support the sales team throughout the sales process.
