We are hiring a Business Analyst on behalf of our client. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and driving data-informed decisions. Role & responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies
- Analyze data trends to identify business opportunities and improvement areas
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRD), functional specs, and user stories
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance)
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking KPIs and business outcomes

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
