We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4 - 9 years of business analysis experience, to own the end-to-end requirements process across multiple platform modules., engage directly with senior stakeholders, and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:1. Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders and clients.

1. Own and govern documentation standards - BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
2. Mentor and guide the Junior Business Analyst on documentation, analysis, and delivery practices.
3. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA leads to ensure requirements are explicit, complete, and testable.
4. Drive GAP analysis, feasibility assessments, and solution design discussions.
5.



Maintain and oversee the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) across all modules.
6. Lead UAT planning and coordination with client stakeholders and end users.

Key Technical Competencies:1. BRD / FRD documentation, User Stories, Use Cases, GAP Analysis, Process Mapping, RTM management2. Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio / Lucidchart, Balsamiq / Figma; basic SQL and Postman (API validation)3. Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination Qualifications:Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
