QA, and Customers. Define and deliver scalable enterprise HRMS solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Requirements Analysis & Product Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement-discovery sessions.
- Translate business requirements into product specifications.
- Identify process gaps, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
