We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to understand how businesses operate. The selected candidate will work closely with the management, sales, operations, and technology teams to analyze data, identify trends, prepare reports, and support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze business, sales, and operational data.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into structured reports and actionable insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Analyze sales performance, lead generation, customer behavior, conversions, and operational data.
- Identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and potential business opportunities.
- Track important business KPIs and assist in creating management dashboards.
- Analyze lead quality, follow-up performance, conversion ratios, and revenue data.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
- Assist management in business reviews, presentations, and decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, technology, and other departments for data collection and analysis.
- Maintain accurate databases,



spreadsheets, and business documentation.
- Create skilled reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support process improvement and business automation initiatives.
- Perform additional business analysis and research assignments as required.

Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, charts, and data management.
- Good numerical and logical reasoning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Willingness to learn business processes, sales analytics, operations, and technology.

Valuable to Have

Knowledge or basic understanding of the following will be an advantage:

- SQL
- Power BI / Looker Studio
- CRM systems
- Data visualization
- Business KPIs and MIS reporting
- Market and competitor research
- Sales and lead-generation analytics

Educational Qualification

Candidates pursuing or having recently completed:

BBA / BMS / B.Com / MBA / Economics / Statistics / Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
