- BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases & Acceptance Criteria
- BPMN, Workflow Diagrams & As-Is/To-Be Process Mapping
- Agile, Lean Product Development & Waterfall
- Process improvement and automation chance identification

? Good to Have:

- UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
- Enterprise-level RPA programs
- RPA/Automation certifications
- Change management & user adoption
