Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited is looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of Bullion, Trading, and Accounts to join our team in Coimbatore.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day bullion trading and related transactions.
- Manage and monitor gold/silver bullion purchases and sales.
- Coordinate with bullion suppliers, customers, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of bullion transactions, purchases, sales, and settlements.
- Monitor daily bullion rates and support trading decisions based on business requirements.
- Prepare and verify purchase and sales invoices related to bullion transactions.
- Monitor receivables, payables, settlements, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for proper accounting and reconciliation of bullion transactions.
- Perform daily transaction reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Maintain proper documentation for bullion purchases, sales, transfers, and payments.
- Track stock movement and bullion balances and coordinate with relevant teams for reconciliation.
- Prepare regular reports related to bullion transactions, trading, stock, and settlements.
- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and within the required timelines.




- Support the management team with MIS reports and transaction-related analysis.

Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Bullion, Trading, Jewellery, or a related industry.

Good exposure to Accounts and accounting processes.

Strong knowledge and practical exposure in Bullion Trading, preferably in the jewellery/gold industry.

Positive understanding of gold/silver purchase and sales transactions.

Experience in handling bullion reconciliation and settlement processes.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, including preparing reports, reconciliation statements, and transaction analysis.

Ability to work with large volumes of financial and transaction data accurately.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Strong attention to detail, particularly while handling rates, quantities, values, invoices, and settlements.

Good coordination skills with Accounts, Finance, Purchase, Sales, Banks, and Bullion Suppliers.
