Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day building and facility maintenance activities.

- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, and general repair works.

- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and AMC activities.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

- Monitor utilities, equipment, and facility-related expenses.

- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and inventory.

- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and facility maintenance standards.

- Handle employee maintenance requests and ensure timely closure.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Facility Management.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in building/facility maintenance.

- Positive communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
