BTL Operations Executive Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized BTL Operations Executive to manage on-ground activations, events, brand promotions, and campaign execution . The role involves vendor coordination, manpower management, permissions, logistics , and ensuring smooth execution at client locations . --- Key Responsibilities Plan and execute BTL activities, brand activations, events, and promotions . Coordinate with clients, vendors, promoters, and internal teams .

Manage on-ground manpower, promoters, supervisors, and field staff . Handle event logistics, material movement, setup, dismantling, and transportation . Coordinate for required permissions and local arrangements .

Conduct site visits and ensure proper execution as per client requirements . Monitor campaign execution and resolve on-ground issues . Maintain execution reports, photographs, attendance , and other campaign documentation.

Coordinate with the Creative, Production, and Sales teams for timely execution.



Ensure activities are completed within timelines and approved budgets . Travel to different locations/sites as required for campaign execution. --- Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in BTL, Events, Activations, Brand Promotions, or On-ground Operations .

Solid coordination and communication skills . Good vendor and manpower management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously . Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground work . Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .

Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure . Should be proactive, responsible, and deadline-oriented . --- PreferredCandidates with experience in corporate events, brand activations, retail activations, roadshows, mall activities, and national-level campaigns .
