About Flywl

Flywl is building a better way for enterprises to buy and sell software through the cloud.

Our platform brings AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Marketplace into one unified experience, helping enterprises make smarter software purchasing decisions, maximise cloud commitments, accelerate procurement, and gain greater visibility into cloud software spend.

We’re an early-stage company operating at the intersection of cloud marketplaces, enterprise software, procurement, FinOps, and B2B SaaS-and we’re looking for a designer who can help take the Flywl brand to its next level.

The Role

We’re looking for a full-time Brand & Visual Designer based in India who can work remotely during U.S. business hours and become an embedded part of our marketing and go-to-market team.

This role is for someone who can do more than execute individual design requests.

We want a designer who can help us build a stronger, more recognisable, and more consistent brand across every touchpoint-from our website and sales materials to presentations, social media, events, campaigns, and product launches.

You should be equally comfortable developing a visual system from the ground up and applying that system consistently across day-to-day marketing needs.

One of your first major initiatives will be helping establish and expand Flywl’s core brand assets and design system, then implementing that system across the website and creating reusable templates for the broader team.

What You’ll Own

Brand Development & Visual Identity

- Help evolve Flywl’s visual identity as the company grows.
- Create and refine core brand assets, including typography, colour usage, iconography, visual motifs, imagery direction, layout standards, and graphic treatments.
- Develop a scalable visual system that feels contemporary, credible, and differentiated in the enterprise technology market.
- Help translate the brand into practical, usable guidelines for internal teams.
- Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Website Design

- Apply Flywl’s evolving visual identity across the company website.
- Design new website pages, landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and visual components.
- Work from messaging, wireframes, or rough content outlines and turn them into polished, executive-ready designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to make sure design translates effectively into the final website experience.
- Balance strong visual design with usability, hierarchy, conversion, and clarity.

Presentation & Document Templates

Create a consistent, flexible PowerPoint template system for use across:

- Executive presentations
- Sales decks
- Partner presentations
- Product presentations
- Event decks
- Internal communications

- Develop document and one-pager templates that allow the team to create materials without compromising the brand.

- Establish clear layout systems so presentations and collateral feel connected, even when created for different audiences.

One-Pagers & Marketing Collateral

- Turn rough outlines, messaging documents, or written briefs into polished one-pagers and marketing materials.
- Take ownership of information hierarchy and layout-not simply wait for detailed design direction.
- Design sales enablement materials, partner collateral, event materials, product sheets, customer-facing PDFs, and other assets.
- Understand how to simplify complex technical or business information visually.

Social & Digital Content

- Create reusable templates for LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Design graphics for product launches, announcements, campaigns, events, webinars, thought leadership, and company updates.
- Create a recognisable social visual system so Flywl content feels cohesive without becoming repetitive.
- Support executive and company social content as needed.

Campaigns, Events & Go-to-Market

- Design campaign assets across digital and print.
- Support webinars, executive events, partner activations, and product launches.
- Create event signage, digital screens, invitations, agendas, sponsorship assets, social graphics, and other event-related collateral.
- Adapt creative across formats while maintaining visual consistency.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong visual judgment who is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup setting.

You should be able to take a request such as:

“Here’s the messaging and the rough outline-we need this to become a one-pager for a CIO audience.”

…and independently determine the best way to structure and design it.

You should be someone who can:

- Translate abstract ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Create hierarchy from incomplete or lightly structured content.
- Work independently without requiring pixel-by-pixel direction.
- Understand the difference between something that looks good and something that communicates effectively.
- Design for executive B2B audiences.
- Move quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Build systems and templates-not just individual assets.
- Take feedback well and iterate quickly.
- Work across different formats and priorities throughout the week.
- Collaborate comfortably with marketing, product, sales, leadership, and external partners.
- Maintain robust attention to detail.

Required Experience

- 4-7+ years of professional brand, visual, marketing, or graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B, technology, SaaS, or enterprise design work.
- Experience developing or evolving brand systems.

- Strong presentation design experience, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience designing websites or working with website design systems.
- Experience creating marketing collateral such as one-pagers, ebooks, sales materials, reports, and campaign assets.
- Ability to design effectively from an outline, brief, or rough copy rather than requiring fully developed creative direction.
- Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition skills.
- Experience designing for both digital and print.
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work full time and consistently overlap with U.S. business hours.

Nice to Have

- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, FinOps, procurement, or enterprise technology companies.
- Experience with early-stage startups or fast-growth companies.
- Experience working with developers on website implementation.
- Knowledge of Webflow, Framer, or similar website platforms.
- Experience with data visualisation and turning technical concepts into clear graphics.
- Experience supporting executive events, conferences, or field marketing.
- Experience creating social media template systems.
- Motion graphics or lightweight video editing experience.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or the broader cloud ecosystem.

Portfolio Required A portfolio is required to be considered for this role.

We are especially interested in seeing examples of:

- Brand systems or brand evolution work
- B2B SaaS or enterprise technology design
- Website or landing page design
- PowerPoint/presentation design
- One-pagers and sales collateral
- Social media systems
- Campaign creative
- Event design
- Product or feature launches

For selected portfolio pieces, please be prepared to explain:
- What the original brief or problem was
- What you personally designed
- How much creative direction you were given
- How you developed the visual solution
- How the work fit into a larger brand system

We care as much about how you think as we do about the final visual.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you should be able to take Flywl’s existing visual identity and elevate it into a more complete and scalable brand system.

You’ll help establish the templates, standards, and visual language that allow Flywl to move faster while looking increasingly consistent and polished.

Over time, someone should be able to see a Flywl presentation, one-pager, website page, social post, or event asset and recognise that it comes from the same company-even before seeing the logo.

You’ll become a trusted creative partner to the broader team: someone we can give an idea, outline, or business objective to and know you can turn it into thoughtful, polished, on-brand creative.

If you love building brands, enjoy turning messy ideas into clear visual stories, and want to help shape how an early-stage technology company shows up in the market, we’d like to hear from you.
