As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Brand Marketing Intern to help strengthen RapidDev’s brand presence and support our marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Position Overview

As a Brand Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing and business development teams to support RapidDev’s brand strategy, content, social media, campaigns, and overall market presence. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in B2B marketing, technology branding, content creation, and digital growth. You’ll contribute ideas, help execute campaigns, research trends and audiences, and assist in creating content that communicates RapidDev’s capabilities and value to founders, startups, agencies, and technology companies.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with developing and executing RapidDev’s brand and marketing initiatives across digital channels.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and emerging opportunities in technology and AI.
- Help create and organize social media content, marketing materials, blog topics, and other brand assets.
- Support LinkedIn and other social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and maintaining marketing calendars.




- Help develop messaging and creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
- Research potential content topics related to AI, software development, startups, no-code/low-code, and digital transformation.
- Assist with case studies, client success stories, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and help prepare basic reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Partnerships teams to support lead-generation and partner-marketing initiatives.
- Help maintain consistency in RapidDev’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Stay up to date with social media, content marketing, AI, and technology marketing trends.
- Take on additional marketing projects and experiments as the company grows.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in branding, content, and digital marketing.
- Comfortable researching topics and turning information into clear, engaging content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, or social media marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized work.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI and marketing tools.
- Interest in technology, startups, AI, SaaS, or software development is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, or other content/creative tools is a plus.
- Previous internship, freelance, school, or personal projects related to marketing or content are welcome but not required.
