- A leading premium beauty retail business is looking for a Brand Manager - Derma to drive business growth across sales, margins, product mix, inventory and profitability.

Must Have

- Robust experience in Beauty / Skincare / Dermocosmetics

- Sales, Margin & P&L; / Commercial ownership

- Category / Brand Management & Business Growth

- Product Mix, Assortment & Inventory Planning

- Forecasting, Market & Competitor Analysis

- Strong analytical and commercial orientation

- Cross-functional stakeholder management

Ideal Profile

- Professionals with experience in premium/luxury beauty, skincare or dermocosmetics, with strong exposure to retail and/or e-commerce and a proven track record of driving business growth.

- Not considered:

- FMCG profiles without strong beauty/skincare exposure, pure marketing/communications profiles, agencies, consulting firms or candidates without commercial/category ownership.
