Job Overview

TRINANCE is looking for a Brand & Community Executive to represent the company at events, conferences, meetups, and professional communities across India.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, attending industry events, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the marketing team to strengthen TRINANCE's presence across the finance, fintech, trading, startup, and student ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent TRINANCE at finance, fintech, trading, startup, business, and college events across India.
- Travel to different cities to attend conferences, exhibitions, meetups, and community events.
- Build relationships with founders, investors, traders, creators, students, professionals, and industry communities.
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a professional network relevant to the company's business.
- Connect with event organizers, communities, creators, and potential partners.
- Capture useful event highlights, photos, videos, insights, and stories for social media.
- Work with the marketing team on content and campaigns for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Follow up with relevant contacts after events and help develop potential opportunities.
- Maintain basic records of events attended, contacts made, partnerships, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on upcoming finance, fintech, trading, startup, and business events across India.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, community management, partnerships, business development, or a similar role.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident interacting with new people and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Genuine interest in finance, trading, investing, fintech, or startups.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable representing a company at public events.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain professional relationships.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in events, community building, marketing, partnerships, or business development.
- Existing connections within the finance, fintech, trading, startup, or creator ecosystem.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media content creation.
- Basic photography or video skills.
- Comfortable appearing in photos or videos for company social media.
- Experience attending conferences, exhibitions, meetups, or industry events.
