About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Specialist to own how ROOT and SOIL looks, sounds, and communicates across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain brand visual and verbal guidelines.
- Lead creative direction across social media, ads, website, email, WhatsApp, influencer content, and PR.
- Create briefs and guide designers, creators, agencies, and influencers.
- Review and provide explicit feedback on creative outputs.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, design, and quality across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to balance brand building and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in brand, creative, content, or marketing.
- Strong eye for design, copy,



storytelling, and brand communication.
- Experience managing consumer brands across multiple channels.
- Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage internal teams and external creative partners.

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 2–3 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
