Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the branch. This role includes managing daily banking activities, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving business growth across retail and MSME segments.

The Branch

Manager leads and develops the branch team, sets and monitors targets, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines. The role involves building strong customer relationships, handling escalations, monitoring branch profitability, and implementing bank-wide initiatives and processes.
