Role Description The Branch Manager Study Abroad will oversee the daily operations of the Kochi branch, ensuring efficient delivery of study abroad counseling and related training services. This full-time on-site role includes managing and mentoring branch staff, coordinating study abroad programs, and maintaining high standards of learner experience and service quality.

The Branch

Manager will design and implement local marketing initiatives, build and sustain relationships with international education partners, and drive branch performance against enrollment and revenue targets.





Key responsibilities include monitoring operational processes, managing budgets, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves active engagement with prospective students and families, guiding them through course selection, application processes, and documentation to support successful international placements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, and mentoring capabilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for counseling students, liaising with parents, and collaborating with international education partners.
