Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, customer service, and inventory management. This full-time, on-site role based in Dindigul includes supervising and guiding the sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to meet branch sales targets.

Manager will handle customer escalations, maintain high service standards, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.



The role involves planning and executing promotional activities, coordinating visual merchandising, and maintaining accurate records of stock, billing, and cash flow.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and people supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales staff.
- Experience in retail operations, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or related sectors, with solid knowledge of showroom management.
- Proficiency in sales planning, target achievement, and basic financial oversight, including cash handling and reporting.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with inventory control, stock reconciliation, and compliance with quality standards such as BIS Hallmark.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) for reporting and documentation.
- Relevant educational background in business, retail management, or a related field; prior branch or floor management experience is an advantage.
