Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving branch-level sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sourcing, credit coordination, sanction and disbursement.
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Customer Service Managers (CSMs).
- Develop the market by onboarding and managing DSAs, connectors, builders and other channel partners.
- Generate business through direct sourcing, channel partners, builders and market development activities.
- Focus on high-ticket Home Loan/LAP business and identify opportunities in underserved market segments.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities to generate quality leads and strengthen the branch sourcing network.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders and customers.
- Drive branch business performance through effective sales planning, team monitoring and target achievement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for credit, operations, documentation and disbursement to ensure smooth processing.
- Support collections and NPA resolution activities,



including identification and sale of NPA properties/flats where applicable.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and local business opportunities to increase branch performance.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in Home Loans / LAP.
- Only candidates with Home Loan / LAP experience will be considered.
- Minimum Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- Age: Up to 32 years.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Candidates should be currently based in Pune or already willing to work in Pune.
- Relocation candidates will not be considered.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days.

Compensation ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA CTC + Incentives, depending on experience and suitability.
