- Role & responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Study Abroad admission targets.
- Develop strategies to increase student enrollments and branch revenue.
- Lead the admissions and counseling team to maximize student conversions.
- Monitor inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Personally counsel premium clients and parents whenever required.
- Ensure ethical counseling practices and accurate information sharing.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Overseas Education, MBBS Abroad, or Study Visa Consultancy
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or branch management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
