Branch Manager – Key Roles

- Branch Operations Management – Manage complete day-to-day branch operations.

- Sales &
- Target Achievement

– Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Team Management – Supervise, guide and motivate all branch employees.

- Staff Scheduling – Prepare shifts and ensure adequate manpower.

- Customer Service – Maintain service standards and resolve customer complaints.

- Stock &

- Inventory Control

– Monitor stock, wastage, expiry and FIFO.

- Cash Management – Ensure accurate cash collection, billing and daily settlement.

- Food Safety &

- Hygiene

– Maintain food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards.

- Employee Attendance &

- Discipline

– Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave and discipline.

- Daily Reporting – Ensure sales, stock, cash, attendance and operational reports are completed.

- Product Availability – Ensure required products are available throughout business hours.

- Cost &

- Wastage Control





– Control unnecessary expenses, wastage and stock losses.

- Training &

- Development

– Train employees on SOPs, customer service and operational procedures.

- Maintenance &

- Safety

– Ensure equipment, premises and safety systems are properly maintained.

- Performance Monitoring – Track branch KPIs and take corrective action where required.

- Management Coordination – Coordinate with HR, Cluster Manager, Kitchen, Production and Accounts teams.

- Problem Solving – Handle operational issues quickly and escalate major issues to management.

- Branch Profitability – Support the overall financial and operational performance of the branch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
