- Manage branch banking operations, ensuring productive customer service delivery.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Identify new business prospects and generate leads for Banca products such as insurance, investment products, etc.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales performance, and customer interactions.
