Role Description The BPO Voice Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls, responding to customer queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will follow defined processes, document interactions, escalate complex concerns as needed, and maintain service quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include adhering to scripts and guidelines,



meeting performance targets, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve call handling and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement capabilities.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver and participate in Training related to processes and customer interaction.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and call management systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Previous experience in BPO or contact center voice processes is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: completed high school or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Professional, respectful telephone etiquette and a customer-focused mindset.
