5. Maintaining records of student residence and communicating with parents when necessary.
6. Being available for emergencies and assisting students in crisis situations.
7. Monitoring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the dormitories.
8. Liaising with college administration on matters related to student housing.
9. Promoting a positive and inclusive living workplace conducive to academic success.
