Job Summary

We are looking for a B.Pharm Pharmacist to join our Operations team and support the day-to-day monitoring and coordination of psychiatrist operations. The role involves tracking doctor rosters, shift adherence, ticket activity, operational requirements, and ensuring adequate doctor coverage across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily psychiatrist rosters, login/logout, and shift adherence.
- Track doctor availability and ensure required coverage across all operational slots.
- Monitor ticket allocation, acceptance, and completion.
- Identify gaps in doctor coverage and coordinate for replacements when required.
- Follow up with doctors regarding late logins, missed shifts, and availability issues.
- Maintain daily roster, attendance, and performance trackers.
- Monitor operational metrics such as ticket volume, ADT, productivity, and doctor utilization.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding doctor onboarding, mocks, training, and go-live status.
- Provide timely feedback to doctors based on operational performance.
- Escalate operational issues and coverage gaps to the concerned stakeholders.




- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share relevant updates with the team.
- Support smooth functioning of psychiatrist operations across different shifts.

Requirements
- B.Pharm / Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with robust communication and coordination skills can also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required.

Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, hospital, or doctor operations.
- Experience with roster management, monitoring dashboards, or healthcare platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
