Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented BOQ & BOM Engineer to manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation for retail interior and furniture manufacturing projects. The candidate will coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, and Project teams to ensure accurate material planning, costing, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain BOQ and BOM for retail interior and furniture manufacturing projects.
- Review technical drawings, AutoCAD drawings, and design specifications to identify material requirements.
- Calculate material quantities, hardware, fittings, accessories, and production components.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Project teams for material planning.
- Prepare cutting lists and material consumption sheets as per production requirements.
- Support cost estimation, material costing, and wastage calculations.
- Verify material specifications, quantities,



and inventory requirements.
- Update BOQ/BOM sheets based on drawing revisions and project changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in BOQ/BOM preparation, preferably in furniture manufacturing or retail interior projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, material specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and material calculation.
- Understanding of plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, fittings, and other furniture materials.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
