The Senior Specialist HRBP role will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of Shiksha vertical in the North. This position is based in Delhi/Gurgaon and may require occasional travel to project sites and central office locations (15-20% of the role).

Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Shiksha leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with program goals
- Induct and enable managers and senior managers across the breadth of Udhyam’s people managemen
